comfortable clean beds kind super staff train station narrow staircase damp patches broken tv
the beds were comfortable and clean i appreciated that. staff interactions were always super kind. the location near the train station was perfect for my needs the hotel met my expectations.
the staircase was narrow i found that difficult. i noticed damp patches in rooms this needs attention. the tv did not work this was disappointing during my downtime

The location was perfect! it was super easy to get to from the train station. i really liked that the beds are comfy and the room suited my needs. the staff at reception are great and so friendly. They.
The stairs are a bit narrow. I had to be careful.

central and cheerful place
perfect location lovely staff retrieving item
location was perfect, just across from centraal station. the staff was LOVELY. i forgot an item in my room and was able to retrieve it a week later. there was no inconveniences with retrieving my item.
the stairs were steep, overall the rooms were old. there was no real maintenance and upkeep. it was just a rundown place.

friendly staff central location
The central location worked GREAT!!! The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage ahead of check-in time. The beds were REALLY comfy.
The stairs were narrow, so hauling luggage up them was slightly inconvenient.

main station private room pleasant staff
The hotel had a great location right next to the main station!!! The bathroom inside my room helped a lot for that price. Check-in was actually done at the pizza place next door. The staff there were pleasant enough.
I noticed narrow stairs, so I had to carry my bags up and down.

steep stairs unpleasant smell
the stairs were really steep getting to my room i was on the top floor and it was a struggle with my luggage the room had an unpleasant smell it smelled like stale smoke i noticed a fresh gum stuck to the bedside table that really bothered me
